We offer customized itineraries for business training programs, university seminars, and individual travelers interested in industrial heritage. The advantage of these tours is that they can be flexibly adjusted to suit the purpose and number of people traveling.

🧍 For Individual Travelers (FIT)

Participation is possible for a minimum of 4 people, making it ideal for small group trips with family or friends.
We will inform you of the tour times and experience contents in advance, so you can adjust them to fit your itinerary.

If you need an interpreter, please contact us in advance.
*Participants can also make arrangements themselves.

🧑‍🤝‍🧑 For group travellers

We also handle educational trips (university seminars, high school training), corporate training, MICE inspections, etc. If you let us know the purpose of your visit, we will suggest appropriate places to visit.

We can accommodate up to 80 people (varies depending on the facility).
*If there are more than 20 people, an additional fee may apply as the company will need to hire additional guide staff.

We can also arrange the entire tour , including transportation and accommodation.
Access by bus and parking are also available. Please contact us in advance.

How to Book Your Industrial Tour

All corporate experience tours in South Osaka and Wakayama require advance reservations. Please follow the steps below to apply.

*Please submit your request at least two weeks before your preferred date.

Step 1: Contact Us

Step 2: Customized Proposal

Based on your group size, purpose, and interests—such as corporate training or academic research—we will create a tailored itinerary. If you need to arrange an interpreter or transportation, please contact us in advance.

Step 3: Availability Check

We will confirm availability with participating companies and make a tentative reservation.

Step 4: Quotation

We will inform you of the price based on the experience content and number of people. Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer. Specific payment methods will be explained at this point.

Step 5: Payment

Please pay the amount we have informed you about. Once payment is completed, your reservation will be confirmed.

Step 6: Reservation Confirmation

We will confirm your booking with the participating companies and finalize all arrangements for your visit.

Step 7: Final Reminder (3 Days Before Your Tour)

Three days prior to your scheduled tour, you will receive a reminder email confirming participant numbers, transportation details, and any special arrangements.

Step 8: Enjoy Your Tour

On the day of your visit, please arrive at the designated meeting point and enjoy an unforgettable industrial tourism experience in Southern Osaka and Wakayama.

Language Support

All facilities are equipped to welcome international visitors with interpretation services.We provide multilingual support, including English and Chinese, and can arrange additional languages upon request to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience for every guest.  

Important Notes for Participants

・If you choose the Premium Plan (e.g., executive-level programs), please note technical terms will be frequently used. Advanced arrangements are required for participants with prior knowledge of manufacturing processes.
・If interpretation is needed, please indicate this when booking.
・Interpreters are counted as part of the participant total and will incur additional fees.

Submitting Participant Information

For safety and smooth coordination, please provide participant details in advance, including:

Name (in Roman letters)
Affiliation (company name, school name, etc.)
Nationality and age (approximate range such as 20s, 30s, etc.)

*Please submit the list before the tour begins.
*This information is required for certain companies. It will only be used for operational purposes and handled securely.

Dress Code for the Day

Some tours include factory floors or work areas, so we recommend comfortable and safe clothing:

✅ Comfortable clothing (Casual wear is acceptable)

✅ Heels and sandals are not permitted (for safety reasons)

✅Consider seasonal weather and bring protective gear if necessary

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your reservation, please refer to the following terms:

*In case of unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters, refunds may be possible (minus transfer fees). Please contact us individually.
